With the default prop, the plane doesn't seem to have a lot of power, but it is excellent this way for a newbie.

I trained my 10 year old daughter on one. I thought it underpowed, but her instructor suggested to leave it alone.

The slower prop made it easy for her to get used to the throttle response as she could not overdo anything.

It also made landings easier for her.

Once she got fairly good with it, we swapped out the prop and the plane does fine with no lack of power.
