RE: *Seagull Extra 260 90 ARF*
Thanks for the feed back,
I down loaded a video from Horizon were this guy is doing a few aerobatic moves and hovering the Extra 260. Sorry I never quit figured out how to down load a video to a post.
Just out of curiously I checked the size and weight of a 120 and 180 in the Saito manual.
The 180 is 135mm in the overall height, 2mm larger than the 120 all the other dimension are the same. The weight is 880g and the 120 is 820g the difference of 60g or approx. 2 oz more. The 120 is 2.2 hp and the 180 is 2.8.
I know what you are saying about mounting a 2 stroke upside down, they have a tendency to overload easily but the intake velocity stack on the Saito 4 stroke is mounted upside down so I understand that it is better to mount the engine upside down. Although you’re probably right the added weight to balance it laterally is insignificant.
Oh did I mention I have another Satio 180 for sale NIB for $300 that is 100 less then retail. Still in the rapper. If you know anyone that is interested let me know?
Thanks again,
Aerosman
