i can second the Nitro Evader, it was my first offroad nitro car (had a onroad nitro before) and it was great, very reliable. I had a hard time breaking it, it handles well if setup correctly, and took my 10foot BMX track jumps with ease,(bit of chassis slap never hurt no one LOL)
