I just got my Exteme grips and blades in yesterday and was having the EXACT same problem when I installed it.
There are two things that will help.
1. Your swashplate is way off you need to get that leveled and check to make sure that its not seperated like what stersman says. This thread will help http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=642401
2. Once leveled you need to adjust you lower assembly head bottom screws. Make sure that the top screws are in the inner shaft holes and just readjusted the two screws on the bottom.

Step 1. Mark one of the bottom screws with a marker. So that you can tell them apart.
2. loosen one screw with a 1/2 turn.
3. tighten the opposite screw with 1/2 turn.
4. test fly and see if it got better or worse.
5. if its better then repeat steps 2-4.
6. if its worse then tighten and loosen the oppsite screws starting with a one full turn. then restart at step 4.

I've marked the screws that need to be adjusted in the picture below.

This will get you in the air, but even after 6 hours I'm still not flying right with this new setup. I still have wobbles while flying and if I make a hard "bank" my heli will drop. I'll keep tunning and keep you posted.
