Thanks Eats2much, I am think you are getting me more on track just by reading. My swashplate is not seperated, but it must be unlevel. But really just wanted to note that my flybar is a shorter mod one with adjustable wieghts. But none the less I will try your tricks or tips I should say, before I just give up and buy another. And i do see what you mean by the flybar link needs shortened.
Please let me know how yours comes out and shoot some pics to, and I will do the same.

My biggest probelm is lack of time to work on it, I work on real aircraft all day but then i got a 5 year old autistic son that eats2muchtime,,,,,,,hahahaha that just worked out.
