Pull the limiter pins from the needles - that way you'll be able to adjust them properly - that is one of the first things I did that with my Alpha 60. Also don't worry about the 3-blade prop, just ditch that while you're at it. My Evolution turned up 9800 rpm with the stock 3-blade prop, but 12K with the 2-blade Evolution prop as a replacement (next time I fly it I'll have a Xoar prop on it). I've found the Hobbico NextStar 11 X 5 prop, besides being only $2.00, has good performance for a .46 size trainer. You'll need to change spinners when you change the prop. Also pull the weight off the drive hub when you change props so the 2-blade spinner will fit.
