Hi Mike,
You can actually use the program that is called Nav2CSV 2.1

You open the program, determine weather you want one line per second, one line per every 100 milliseconds or one line per every millisecond.

Check or uncheck the other available boxes per your preference or data available.

Then you open Explorer to display the folder in which the file you want to convert and drag the Nav view recording file that you want to analyze over the top of the program window and drop it in there.

The little blue status line at the bottom will give you a status report. It will create the CSV file in the same folder as the original nav view log.

If you want to only view a short section in detail, you can open the Nav View file with Nav view and delete the parts that you are not interested in by selecting them in the left window and deleting them. Then you save it under a new name and do the conversion, which will give you your limited data selection thus avoiding the problem of too much information.
