Default RE: Back in the hobby

Thanks for the replies!

I have a large (roughly 50'x70') area behind my second garage I was thinking I could convert to a track. Right now it is pretty much just wasted space filled with Sumacs and scrub brush. Clear out the small stuff and put a shovel in the kids hand and one in mine and get to work once the ground thaws! Since I am pretty much in all sandy soil it should work out fairly well. My neighbors will appreciate the sound of one of these over the sound of a V8 and open headers! I have a friend at work who is into this stuff too. He is real interested in setting up a track. Some work beats driving 45 minutes to the closest one.

Harryball, Lansing huh? You are not all that far away. Measured in MI terms thats 1 - 1.5 hours!
