the diffs are steel instead of the pot metal the old .15 were. They are not the SS diff gears though. Different part numbers. Not sure if it is just gearing or still a different material.
I have one. I am not familiar with the older versions to know of the common issues with them. If you have any specific ??s on it ask and i will do my best to answer you.
