2 strokes have a higher rpm range than 4 strokes. they develop their power band at a higher rpm.
4 stroke have lower rpms, and the power band is at a lower rpm than 2 strokes .
I think the biggest difference between the 2 , is 4 strokes are much cleaner Go with Minns recommendations , he is the one that would know.
