I have a Toro 25cc conversion I have been thinking about putting on my Edge. I haven't done so because I am too lazy to mess around with a good flying plane. Y'know, "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"? I would sure like to hear what you think after you get yours together! You might consider it a public service!
I am presently using a Magnum 91 XLS 2 stroke. So, I think you should go for it and report back.
A public service indeed it would be. I have a few smaller cc engines I have been wanting to try. So this plane would be a great candidate. Do it up and give us step by step brother.
I was just looking mine over and to be honest I don't think you really even need to reinforce it. Triangle stock is already fore and aft of the firewall on mine and the rest of the fuse is rock solid. DO it man. If this works out all my small planes will be smaller gassers. Nitro to darn much, lol...
