Well I don't think it's the transmitter, because when I do charge the battery it works fine for awhile.

but the sound does seem fine and not garbly.

I'm not sure what it is but I am thinking it is a crappy battery.

I'll be getting a new one, as soon as I work this problem out.

I have the battery trickle charging now so I'll see what happens when it is done.
