Maybe that's the key right there. Establish a criteria that the " Craftmanship Judge(s) " should work to. And maybe a small team of 3 Craftsmanship judges, giving
each entry a quick once-over would be better.
ARF's, plastic covered, and factory produced composite models should be awarded minimum points !
