Yes, this is a classic pattern design, by Bertolani if I am not mistaken.

I had a Mini Cosmo from them - a great flier with an ASP 32 on a pipe. The kit quality is not very good, though. The reward is in the flying.

I also have the Kosmo 3° kit in my shop. Most of the wood is plywood ( which means it will be heavy if I build with the wood provided) and it does not include full size plans. Only sketches. I have seen a Kosmo in our club ( older one, probably different kit) and it is a fantastic flier as well.
