In all these years I have not paid much attention to that Doc 520 A. However it is an interesting document and well worth the time to at least scan over it.
If for no reason other than one can get the idea of how AMA punishes those modelers willing to step up and follow the Europeans in advancing the sport. Rather SAD, IMO. [

Yes Horrace, I am certain that is the intent of the document. Perhaps you can take the bull by the horns here and get it changed. Of course that will give you 1 less thing to complain about, but I am confident that you will still find plenty to keep your fingers occupied at the keyboard.
