While I normally fly OS engines I did have the chance to use a Magnum engine in a review I did on the [link=http://www.rcuniverse.com/magazine/article_display.cfm?article_id=745]Model Tech Mach Racer[/link] . The engine was the [link=http://www3.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXBUX6&P=ML]Magnum XLS 46 FSR[/link] . I was very impressed with this engine, and still have it to this day. I don't normally buy "cheaper" engines but this one made an impression on me and will definitely stay with me if I ever crash the plane. Take a look at it and see if it will fit for what you are looking for
