Hi Jerry: Thank you for the reply. I have an idea for my struts. I build fly fishing rods as my other hobby. These are scraps of fly rod material that I have left over. They are lighter than the wood struts sent with my STM . They are hollow so a bent metal rod could be epoxy into them. They would be 10 times stronger than the wooden struts.
