Khaley45:

Its strange, some people can not get a Super Tiger to run well, others simply love them. The guys at our field thqt occasionally do have problems with the ST, also have problems with OS, TT or any other engine they simply have to adjust to death. They adjust on the needle every flight, just can not leave the engine alone until it just will not run. They end up having to pay one of the old timmers a few bucks to get them running well again. Usually its a carb cleaning job along with new "0" rings, and get the prop correct. Yes, the OS is a decent running engilne, but nothing exceptional and not $209>00 in value for cheep nacil cylender and worst bearnings in the business. But, to each their own. Nothing wrong with the St 75. It is important to follow fuel and breakin requirements. My $400 + Jett and Nelson engines also require very good breakin proceedures if you want them to run better than most. If you want them to run well, follow the manufactures instructions. ENJOY
