Sure.

On mine, the receiver (pcm) will fall into the fall-over mode whenever a bad interference is present and sensed.

The twitching you noticed is caused by the higher-than-perfect voltage from the freshly charged pack. There is no RF involved. This happens more oftern to Futaba servos than Hitech brand. My two Futaba 9202 servos were ruined becaues of this.
