In my opinion, the only engine that should go into a Cub is a 4 stroke. Anything else would be just wrong. Now as far as size I'd go with a 70 size.

OS, Saito or even the trusty ol' Magnum 70RFS would work. Swing a wooden 12x6 prop and you'll be golden.
