Heh........ as I was removing the suspect servo I pulled 2 of the 3 wires right out of the connecter. Pretty well gives away the issue with that servo. I rarely pull on the wires themselves but this morning changing it I figured what the hey. New servo is installed and will solder up a new connecter to the old servo and keep it as a spare. Funny how it just quit like that, usually a intermittant (SP) glitch or 2 would be more normal than just not working.
Good point shufflez.....it most certainly could have decided to quit while in FFF and plow itself into the nearest obstacle. Had it quit with the swash tilted for FF....... It would have been one of those helpless blank stares followed by cursing and wincing as it impaled itself most likely in the hardest possible spot to reach it. Luck was on my side on this one!
