The Ringed has a piston ring and the ABC doesn't.

Ringed is $15 cheaper.

The ringed has 1.75 BHP at 16,500 rpm's and should be ran at lower RPM's

The ABC has 1.85 BHP at 16,000 rpm's and should be run more on the lean side.
