First off make SURE you can accurately slow roll. Always start with basics or you will get in over your head in a heartbeat.

Then follow what the other people said.

Also practice them rolling left and right, and coming across left and right. There's nothing worse you can do than to become handed in the maneuvers.

Also a general rule of thumb is to make the airplane hesitate for approximately how long it took you to roll to that attitude.
