FP36 update
The King V2 pulley-guide rollers and belt came today. I had to work around a few issues but made great progress. First problem is the pulley is cheapish and doesn't have set screws to hold it to the shaft. Instead it has a pin and recess much like the small 36 pulleys. I counted 32T. I simply CA'd the pulley on top of the main gear. The only mods to the guide rollers was longer screws and brass bushings as spacers. All this adds up to the pulley and guides lining up center with the boom hole. A major disappointment is the belt. It's 380T! Damn, that's longer than the stock belt. But I need a narrow belt to fit the pulley so I'll press on with it for the first flights. The rocker just slightly rubs the top of the pulley. I drilled a new link hole just above the old one and cut the old one off. It now clears the pulley with room to spare. If this didn't work out I was going to use half the rocker mounted upside down just behind the canopy mounts. I liked the idea of using half the rocker so well that I kept that part of the plan. I can see now that this is going to work. I just need to fly it with what I have to see what motor and lipo will work best. Before I can do that I'll need a frame and skids. I'm waiting on a box from Santa to help with that.

It's to dark for my camera so I'll get some pics up tomorrow.
Chop: Is the 350T belt narrower than stock? I'm thinking the 350T HDX300 belt?
