I have been looking into it and have come to realize that a drillpress really is not rigid enough to handle the lateral pressure or precise enough to make good cuts, so I have scratched that idea and will just hold out for a mill. Other than that little set back how do you guys think the sketches look so far? Do you think it can be done? I have triple checked the measurements and they all seem reliably accurate.
