Default RE: 42cc engines?

One question for the anyone with or without a mill, I don't want to buy a mill that is just big enough to get the job done, in other words I want one I will be able to use in the future for larger projects. Does anyone recommend a proper size mill in the under $1,200.00 price range, "may be hard to accomplish". If anyone wants to use these measurements and give it a try please do so. It would not hurt my fealings if someone did it before me. You will find they are very accurate and are based on the Duropower 33cc engine and utilizing the stock bearings, jugs, pistons and cranks. I have planed on joinig the cranks just liked yall did in the BME build. The engines are relatively cheap at $100.00 each.
