I'm a complete newbie to the RC world. Last weekend I was driving home and noticed a new Hobby Town shop in my neighborhood. I stopped by and looked at the RC cars and a RC10T3 RTR caught my eye. It was on sale for $199, so I picked it up on impulse. The shop threw in two 2400 batteries and gave me 20% off a quick charger.

I've already had a small problem with the Jaguar AM radio that came with it, but the shop fixed it for me. They said if I have another problem, they will give me a new one which seems fair. The shop also seems to have every spare part I might need if I break anything.

Are these trucks worth what I paid? Are there many things I can do to upgrade it in the future? It seems pretty impressive to me, but then it's the only RC car I've ever seen in person.

Basically I just want to know I didn't waste my cash on a toy that will be obsolete in 3 weeks and bore me.
