the lower the turns, the more everything it has... more punch, more torque, etc. now when you get into acceleration and speed in a specified motor, you will find out that the lower the wind, the more "punch" it will have... the higher the wind, the more top speed it will have. for example, a 17 turn... 17x1(single), 17x2(double), 17x3(triple), and a 17-turn(quad)... the single with have the lowest top speed, but the fastest acceleration... the quad will have the highest top speed, but will take a while to get there... a happy medium to your truck would be a double, contains a lot of punch, and carries a nice top speed... if i were you, i would run what i had for a while, then get a p2k2 if you plan on keeping your esc. this is a great motor to start with, a 27 turn capable of running stock class...
