Spoilers or no spoilers, none of the 3 model brands that you've mentioned have wing spoilers or slats. I've never owned a CJM F-4 but I've owned a BVM Phantom and am awaiting delivery of a Skymaster F-4. I'm afraid that if you're looking for a 100% pure scale Phantom, you'll have to do your own molds or make kit modifications.

From a flying standpoint, I will say that I very much enjoyed my BVM Phantom, great quality. I'm looking forward to the Skymaster F-4, it's bigger therefore my aging eyes will like it better.
