Heli: yes, you can monocote over epoxy. It may take a little patience, but it has been done. Faye Stilley(the Monocote Master) printed an article some time ago in one of the R/C magazines, I can't remember which one, but the article concerned covering over fiberglass with monocote. I don't think you would have too much problem. Remember to heat and stretch, heat and stretch.
