it starts cold, runs fine when it's hot, but won't start hot? that sounds very much like vapor lock to me.. in other words the carbs getting that hot it boils the fuel before it gets to the carb...
quick fix, pour some fuel from the fuel bottle over the carb to cool it down and quickly start it before heat from the block saturates the carb again.
