I don't think they make replacement parts for this boat lol i got one too and i have been looking online for parts with not luck, in the box says replace part with kyosho parts but the boat is made by NQD some chinese company who knows how to get hold of them, and since it is fairly cheap about $35 to $50 i doubt you get parts for this boat let me know if any luck.
