That is true about the distributer. I needed a cowel for an extra 300 electric plane I had. So I went to pioneer hobbies and called them. I got a fellow at his house. If you call after his business hours it rings to his house. The man was very helpful and nice. He sent the cowel out and I received it in just a few days . I had good luck dealing with them.
