I have the Fed Std. 595 color chip book , and the colors appear to me to be FS 34102 Light Green, FS 33105 Brown and FS 30400 Yellow Sand. These colors are non-specular....no gloss.

Some PPG paint stores regularly mix to Fed 595 colors and have formulas for that type of mix. Many (smaller) PPG stores don't do that work, so they can't. If you use glossy paint, after wet sanding use Flexed 'N' Flat Clear (DCU 2060) to keep the flat look.
I found some PPG standard truck fleet colors (Grays) for my FA-18F that were so close to the Fed Std. 595 colors I couldn't see the difference between the chips. After wet sanding I cleared it with DCU 2060.

Any PPG store can mix the colors by scanning the photo or other type of color sample, and get the mix pretty close to the original color.
