Default RE: gas fuel with glo plug no ignition

Gas/Glow

1. Less weight. (No ignition system; magneto nor CD, and further, a glow adapter and plug weighs less than a spark plug)

2. Utter simplicity. (No ignition system to wire, maintain, etc.)

3. Less cost. (Glow plug adapter & four stroke glow plug = 18 bucks. CD ignition = 80 bucks.)

4. Less maintenance. (No extra battery to charge, no glow glop to clean off the airplane.)

5. No interference. (Mount your radio and throttle servo right on top of the engine if you are so inclined.)

6. More power than gasoline operation. (Most engines gain 150 to 300 rpms over pure gas operation.)

7. Easier starting.

8. Slower, smoother idle.

9. The ability to use cheap and easy to obtain gasoline engines instead of buying high buck glow engines.

10. It's fun!!

It's the best of both worlds; glow and gasoline.
