ok so a bigger spur gear (more than 64 teeth) will be needed along with a spur gear that is 12 teeth'ish. I can do that but having difficulty finding out which ones are compatible with this truck. You have given several different manufacturers for matching parts but I can only seem to locate stock replacements and the occasional aluminum upgrades. I read somewhere else on these forums that Associated gears work on these trucks. I have found many sites with a great variety of gears and such but some look different than others and I want to make sure I get the right kind. Are they somewhat universal in both pinion and spur? Can anyone put up a pic of their spur/pinion? Keep in mind my truck hasn't gotten here yet and probably won't for another week.
