It would have been so so nice and customer orientated if Futaba would have issued their new upgrade-software for download on their internet page same time when they shipped the TM14 modules.

They say be patient. It's not about patience. It's about ethical business practice. You don't take somebodies money and ship them a product that intentionally is NOT usable in any form. I don't care if it's for 1 hour.........
UNLESS you tell them up front what you are doing and the customer THAN purchases the product.
So all I ask is to know from FUTABA is why they shipped unusable product without notifying the customers of their intentions.
Some here might say this is an unreasonable request?
