For a really nice and clean snap you need lots of aileron compared to very very little elevator and rudder. Also when you start the snap you should really hit the elevator first and then knock the sticks into the corners. That breaks the nose up and really gets the snap going pretty good. To finish neutralize the rudder and elevator slightly before you release the ailerons.
