...I'm currently covering my GP Super Sportster 60... I planed on using two of the micro servos (s3101) in the wing, and one s3101 for throttle.
The micro servo will probably be OK for the throttle, as long as there is no binding in the linkage. For a 60 size plane, however, I would not use micro servos for the ailerons. These servos only produce 35 oz of torque at 4.8 volts. I would order a couple more standard servos. They're an inexpensive investment.
Looking at the reciever, I would also not use this receiver. I believe this is a "single conversion" reciever that is prone to interference. The technical notes on Tower say the radio has a "Range of approximately 650 feet (200m)". This is not adequate for a 60 size aircraft. The reciever in that package is designed for park flyers.
