yes, my trim is in the middle. Maybe you are a bit nose heavy. Did you balance right where they have written in the plans??? No lead either. It came out just right. That's just mine. Maybe you used differant glue than me or something like that but mine came out good in all balance points. Did you fly it yet??? You may be surprised how good it flys, as is. I can't be sure though. ( just saying, it might fly ok) I had some planes that i built and took to the field and forgot to balance them at all and they flew ok. But i was just lucky. When I brought them in and then balanced them, they did fly better.
