I have the electric version Oxalys EP 50 and yes there are some structural differences to accomidate the electric motor and battery packs. It also has a small canalizer on the top to make knife edges easier.

I would sell the kit (untouched) for the same price as the nitro version if you are interested. I just checked the price on the website and it is on sale for $203.00.
