Then when it comes to joining the bottom wing the damn manual/instructions just fall apart

No mention anywhere about the dihedral or what it should be. In the end I rasied one tip untill the ply brace was set correct. However if you read the manual as it talks about adding the bottom sheeting "Keep the wing flat on the building board" hmmmm.

I also question the manual suggesting using thick cyno (CA) to hold the interplane wires into the interplane struts. I used CA to tack them, then used Epoxy to fill the joints.
