there is no set dihedral for the bottom wing in the instructions.
What I did is installed the top wing and the wingstruts and set the bottom wing in it's saddle
(the plane is upside down)
Then attached the bottom wing to the struts and clamped the ply braces in the center, trimmed where needed, and glued one brace at a time being careful not to move the bottom wing from it's saddle.
