Of those 3, the Hyper 7. I know very little about the Duratrax, but haven't really liked many of their other products. I've seen a couple at the track, but driven by noobs it's tough to gauge a car.

The MBX is outdated, more so than the Hyper 7.
With the $$ you'll have to spend to make any of those cars raceable, you should save yourself the trouble and get a better car, like this one:

All you would need is one decent high torque servo for steering, and you'd have a pretty good first time club level racer.
