You have a mix on somewhere, revo probably. I really think you need to find someone in person to look at what you have and your set up.

Glueing the pully is NOT acceptable. The pin needs to be put in and the set screw tightened to hold it. Do not deviate from the way the helo was designed. Glue might hold it temporarily but when it comes loose and your spinning maddly in the air how much damage or injury are you going to cause?
