The wait should be worth it anyways, The problem with moduled 2.4G on older sets is that they process the PPM side of the TX then digitize, then send out to model. This actually takes longer than a straight PPM signal but shorter than the PCM mode of said TX.

Now the new 12X 2.4G module based is advertised as speeding up, EVEN the PPM side so that it equals the 2.4G TX latency ,,,

WOWW this is huge, so now when you buy that radio and put in your old 72mz modules even all your old PCM recievers are going to be even faster response than days of old. The 12X module based has get to be the best of all worlds and I am thrilled Horizon thought this thruogh to this extreme as it truly will have no equal..............
