Default RE: Which would you choose?

I have the Sukhoi you speak of by Hobbico and it was my 3rd plane after my trainer and Big stick. My first tail dragger too. I still like it alot. Wouldnt say its the smoothest flying plane ever, but for its small size (61")....it aint bad. I've flown it in some decent wind and made it back in one piece. Its actually a very rugged plane too once you reconstruct the cowl mounts(and yes,you must do that). My only complaint about it would be that the landing gear tends to bend easily as do most china made gears. Overall.....I'm glad I bought it.

Dont know anything about that extra, but its nice looking anyway. From reading the review,it concerns me that they spoke of how "sensitive" and "responsive" it was. This kinda scares me for a newer pilot like me and yourself. Perhaps you could use alot of expo on you radio to compensate for it,but I dont know if I'd recommend a super twitchy plane for a newer pilot, and maybe it was just a rare case in that particular review.

Either way,no plane is ever going to be perfect. I'd get whichever one you tend to like the best. Just make sure your ready to fly it. I let my trainer fly mine a couple times first before I soloed it.
