I own 3 DL 50's and 1 DA 50. I am running two on the original mounts and one on stand offs (DL). I have 30 gallons on one engine with original mount and zero problems. Only a couple gallons thru the others. I switched to my DA 50 on the 30 gallon plane and flew for 5 gallons then switched back to my DL and am much happier with the DL performance. Back downs are more controlable and the DL doesn't burble in the mid-range like the DA and doesn't lean out when inverted like the DA. This engine is the best running, lowest cost, easiest to to use, 50cc on the market. I will be selling the DA and ordering another DL. I will say the DA muffler is more substantial and a bit quieter. By the way I am a big DA fan and have DA100 and DA150. Flawless engines. I just think the 50 could be better like the DL.
