Hi Rab! You can purchase the Deluxe to G2 upgrade. G2 has higher requirements and may need more than your existing computer has even if your existing system runs deluxe just fine.

You can also then choose to go from G2 to the new generation G2 with Interlink which is a combination controller and transmitter interface which runs off your USB ports.

Please resend the previous emails along with this note and the following information:

please run DXDIAG.exe:

click start
click programs
click windows explorer
click on the folder in front of your C: drive (or whatever hard drive you normally install to)
click on the folder in front of program files
click on the folder in front of DirectX
click on the folder in front of Setup
click on the yellow cross labeled "dxdiag.exe"

click the tab that says "display" and write down the info provided under drivers (version #'s first 3 digits (4.01.), and certified: yes or no) and the name listed in DEVICE
also write down anything found in the notes area.

click the tab that says "sound" and write down the same information.
click the tab that says "input" and write down the same information.
