While it's nice that someone stepped up to the plate,but naming out someone continuously by first and last name probably won't sit well with some and I wouldn't be surprised if Mr. Baker made a stink about it. It's not exactly a good way to start a business. If everytime I went to a sales call and slammed all of my compeition I wouldn't have any customers.

Luckily he is in a unique situation... be interesting to see how it develops
